Player FAQ

Player Compensation

None. This program operates as a development-focused environment. Players participate to gain experience, training, and competitive exposure rather than financial compensation.

The team exists because of community support. Volunteers, sponsors, and donors contribute their time and resources to create an opportunity for players who want to continue progressing in the sport and competing at a higher level.

Additional Team Commitments

In addition to scheduled games and training sessions, players may be asked to take part in other team-related activities during the season, such as community events or scrimmages.

As part of the club’s mission, participation in the organization’s July summer camp is REQUIRED. This is intended to give players an opportunity to give back, build leadership skills, and support the broader soccer community.

The coaching and administrative staff understands that players have existing school, work, and personal commitments, and will communicate expectations in advance whenever possible.
